Mr. Hill has successfully merged science with business for more than 30 years. He began his technical career as a staff member at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Then he enrolled in graduate business school, where he took Dr. Frank Bacon's class in Planned Innovation®. He helped implement Planned Innovation at a division of Lear Siegler Inc., where he became Director of Marketing. He gained high level sales experience, when he successfully launched and sold a revolutionary robotics product to Fortune 500 companies.

Intrigued with marketing communications, Mr. Hill switched careers by joining Alexander Marketing Services, a business-to-business advertising agency. One of the first people to earn Certified Business Communicator status through the Business Marketing Association, he became Executive Vice President at AMS and helped grow the company into one of the largest B2B agencies in the Midwest. Mr. Hill used his scientific and creative thinking to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for dozens of industrial and high tech clients in industries such as chemicals, electronics, computers, software, internet, fluid handling, material handling, industrial components, and water treatment. During his 27 years at AMS, he also directed the company's investments in information technology and managed its market research department.

Three years after selling the agency to a holding company, Mr. Hill left to form Atrax Marketing. Specializing in "considered purchase" situations, he consults with both B2B and B2C clients. He has been certified as an Accredited Master Consulting Agent for Monopolize Your Marketplace, a scientifically-based advertising system that complements the Planned Innovation methodology.

Mr. Hill received BS (Physics) and MBA (Marketing) degrees from Michigan State University, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honorary society. He lives near Rockford, Michigan.
